What is a Zipped Package?

A zipping program combines several files into a single package, making
your order easier to download. Windows XP and Vista both come with an unzipping program built in. Simply double-click your zipped order to open. Then click “extract all files” to a desired location.

If you don't have Windows XP or Vista, you can download a free Windows unzipping program at UltimateZip.com. Install it and open your zipped package order in the Ultimate Zip program.

Mac users can use the free Stuffit Expander.
